Returns for Prebuilt PCs: You can return an EcoElite Tech PC within 30 days for a replacement if it meets the following conditions:

a. Shipping Damage or Performance Issue: If your prebuilt PC arrives with damage or experiences a hardware-related performance issue.

b. Performance Issue Definition: A performance issue is defined as a hardware-related problem that significantly affects the PC's performance. This may include a defective CPU cooler, faulty RAM stick, or a failing hard drive.

c. Damage Definition: Damage encompasses any physical impairment that affects the PC's appearance or functionality. This includes visible dents in the PC case or physically broken components.

Non-Faulty or Non-Damaged Returns: If you return a PC that is neither faulty nor damaged, EcoElite Tech reserves the right to return the PC to you in its original condition, and no compensation or refund will be provided.

In the field of system integration, particularly for small businesses, the expenses associated with manufacturing are notably substantial.
